2. Martin emphasises the importance of revelation. How does this differ from studying in order to understand? Think about the times God has revealed an aspect of His truth to you.
3. Martin highlights holiness in Paul's life. What is God seeking to change in you at the moment?
4. Listen out for the key to persistence in faith. What does Martin say this is? Ask yourself - am I doing this?

1. Has God ever asked you to do anything counter intuitive? How easy did you find it to accept it?
2. To what extent is your life motivated by love rather than constrained by fear?
3. Recall times when someone has cried with you and you have cried with someone else. Were these precious and special times?
4. What is it about life after death that most appeals ?
5. What do you understand eternal life to be?
6. Did you hear Jesus saying “How about right here, right now?”.
